Our lives forever changed on Friday January 24. It is with great sadness
and disbelief that we announce the sudden passing of Theresa, our
beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Daughter
of the late Ambrose and Agnes (nee Chapeskie) Mask of Barry’s Bay.
Caring wife of 45 years to Anthony. Theresa was a dedicated mother to
Kimberley (Greg Brown) and Trevor (Lisa Gorra) and above all else,
a proud and loving grandmother to Caitlyn, Owen, Wyatt and Kai. They
will forever miss their much-loved ‘Nanny’ who spent many hours with
them in her garden, playing games, and baking their favorite treats.
Theresa leaves behind sisters Carol, Mary (Lorbetskie), Lorraine
(Schippers) and brother Leonard. She will be dearly remembered by her
extended family, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
Her selfless devotion, unconditional love and generosity to those around
her will never be forgotten.
Resting at the Heubner Funeral Home in Barry’s Bay, visitation on
Wednesday January 29th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass at
St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church on Thursday January 30th at 11am.
