BRUDENELL – It was a beautiful day on August 19 for the annual Our Lady of the Angels parish supper, Father Michael Goring’s first parish supper in Brudenell. The church was open all day for prayer on this special day, the earliest visitors arriving at 9:30 a.m. Mass was performed by Father Goring at 1 p.m., before supper was served to the hundreds of parishioners and guests.
Father Goring, who began his career as a computer engineer before being ordained a priest in 2012, expressed how pleased he was to see so many people come out and get a chance to meet the relatives of many parishioners who come up specifically for this event.
