in his 82nd year passed away peacefully with
family by his side at the Ottawa Civic Hospital.
Beloved husband of Joanne (Robertson).
Loving father to Kim Love (Brian Mizzen), Jim
Charrington (Nadine) and Dean Charrington
(Timothy Sassanella). He will be fondly missed
by his grandchildren Jeremy Mizzen (Julie
Verch), Tyler Charrington (Ashley), Ayla Hunt
(Mark) and great grandchildren Addison
Verch, Lorelei Hunt, James Charrington and
Victoria Hunt. He is also survived by his sister
Joan Robertson (Ron) and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Herbert James
& Delina Marie Charrington, his sister Marilynn
Braaksma and Granddaughter Heather Rae Charrington.
In keeping with his wishes cremation has
taken place and a private family service will
be held at a later date. Sympathy may be
expressed through donations to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation, the Kidney Foundation of
Canada, or the charity of your choice.
