QUADEVILLE – The weather held off for the majority of Canada Day events in Quadeville on June 29.
The day started with unleashing the toy boats into the Quadeville creek. The annual fundraiser is spearheaded by the Madawaska Valley Fish and Game Club. Those who purchase tickets have a corresponding number associated with a boat. If that boat crosses the finish line first, individuals win a prize.
