The brand new 8,000 lb evaporator arch, with steam hood, filter and bottling tank at the Musclow maple syrup shack in the Rosenthal Hills above Palmer Rapids. The evaporator arch is where most of the volume of sap is reduced to create the syrup of 67.5-68 percent sugar.
