GOLDEN LAKE – At 9:46 am on April 17, Shumway’s Smoke and Bait shop on Kokomis Road in Golden Lake shop was the victim of a robbery.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the suspect entered the store and held it up threatening the store clerk with pepper spray. The suspect then proceeded to use the pepper spray on the store clerk. The OPP are not sure what or if anything was stolen from the store during this incident.
