The four teams playing in the Palmer Rapids Broomball League met for a quickly arranged final playoff tournament on March 15 at the Palmer Rapids arena.

The brand new 8,000 lb evaporator arch, with steam hood, filter and bottling tank at the Musclow maple syrup shack in the Rosenthal Hills above Palmer Rapids. The evaporator arch is where most of the volume of sap is reduced to create the syrup of 67.5-68 percent sugar.
