Passed away peacefully at St. Francis Memorial
Hospital on July 21, 2019 at the age of 86 years.
He was born on June 9, 1933 to his parents
Charles and Mary (nee Maika) Norlock in
Barry’s Bay.
Raymond was predeceased by his first wife of
34 years, the late Catherine (nee Recoskie)
and survived by his current wife of 21 years,
Sally (nee Yantha). Raymond and Catherine
were married on January 26, 1958 and raised
10 children together: Angela (Brian), Geraldine
(Jim), Gerard (Tania), Gary (Joanne), Maryann
(Mike), Rose Marie (David), Raymond Jr (Liane),
Katherine (Stacy), Patricia (Maxie) and Diane (Brian).
After her passing, he married Sally on November 20, 1997. He is lovingly
remembered by his 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, friends,
sisters, nieces and nephews.
Raymond always had the biggest smile and loved to make people laugh
with his stories and contagious laugh. He enjoyed hunting at his camp,
fishing, and driving his bulldozer. He will be greatly missed.
Friends may call at the Heubner Funeral Home on Wednesday July 24
from 2-4 & 7-9 and again on Thursday July 25 from 9-10 am. Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at St. Hedwig’s Roman
Catholic Church at 10:30 am.
