BRUDENELL – Our Lady of Angels in Brudenell, held its annual supper on August 26. Before the supper, the Most Reverend Michael Mulhall, the Bishop of Pembroke Diocese, gave a Mass with Father Michael Goring. This was Father Goring’s last church supper as pastor as he will be taking over a three-point charge in Quebec on October 1: Campbell’s Bay, Otter Lake and Isle de Calumet. “It’s been the best four years of my life,” Goring said. “The parishioners have been so welcoming and kind to me.” To read the full story, pick up a copy of the August 29, 2018 Valley Gazette.
