Junior Hockey coming to Madawaska Valley

BARRY’S BAY – The Madawaska Valley Falcons are the newest member of the Canadian Premier Junior Hockey League (CPJHL).

The announcement, which was made on May 23, declared that the team would join the league and play out of the Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre for the 2017-2018 season.

The CPJHL is a league showcasing some of the best 16 to 20 year old hockey players in the country. It is a developmental league with players having hopes of continuing their career to a professional level or into or into a college scholarship.
