Hunter’s supper warmed people inside and out

BRUDENELL – Patrons of the annual hunter’s supper were warmed inside and out this past Thursday, as was evident by the good cheer and smiles shared by those who attended.

Members of Our Lady of the Angels Church Auxiliary were kept hopping as they dished up a mouth-watering meal on November 6.

Hunters and non-hunters alike attended the dinner where they enjoyed roast beef, turkey potpie, mashed potatoes and home-baked beans, along with all the trimmings.

The event originally started out as a hunter’s ball, volunteer Alice Power said, before they decided to only serve the hot meal.
