COMBERMERE – There was a steady line-up for a delicious buffet-style dinner at the Combermere and recreation centre.
Led by Combermere recreation committee member Rita McLean, the feast featured a turkey dinner with all the fixings and even a salad buffet thrown into the mix, too. Volunteers donated handmade pies to the dinner, which were gobbled up by hungry hunters.
A list displaying all the volunteers it took to pull off the successful event. A total of 71 people either contributed in some way, or volunteered their time towards the hunter supper.
