Fantastic finds at the Killaloe library annual plant sale

KILLALOE – From colourful flowers to budding vegetable plants, there was something for all green thumbs at the 23rd annual Killaloe and District Public Library plant sale on May 25.

As in previous years, plants, homemade treats and even some books were donated by community members. Every year, around 30 people donate plants and dozens more volunteer in some capacity for the event. Some will help dig and pot perennials for sale, others help organize and price plants, some transport plants to the sale location.
