Anthony Charles Dombroskie passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12th, 2020 at the Valley Manor in Barry’s Bay, Ontario at the age of 80. He was born in Barry’s Bay and married Frances Dombroskie in August of 1961.
Tony worked as a transport truck driver for 40 plus years. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with family and friends. He was always cheerful and willing to lend a helping hand when needed.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Frances; his children, Cathy Dombroskie, Earl Dombroskie (wife Darlene), Lawrence (Amanda); his grandchildren, Charles (Katie), Samantha (Jeff), Nathan, Jordan (wife Emma), Chrissy; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Noah and Macy. He is survived by his sister Tessie Kubasheskie, Rosie Kulas and his brother Louie Dombroskie.
He is now reunited with his parents Mary and Joseph Dombroskie, and his daughter Debbie, his sister Evelyn and brothers Dominic, Edward, Walter, Lawrence and Clifford.
During these difficult times, a private gathering will be held for the immediate family at Heubner Funeral Home in Barry’s Bay, with a graveside service and burial at St. Hedwig’s Cemetery in Barry’s Bay.
