Passed away suddenly in British Columbia
at the age of 45 years.
Chris Kuiack of Pembroke, beloved husband of
Kathy Smith-Kuiack (nee Kranz). Loving stepfather
of Emily (Nick Rehel) & Jordan Smith;
and Poppa to Kherington, Ryker & Stoick.
Cherished son of Shirley (nee Etmanski) &
the late Clarence S. Kuiack. Dear brother of
Marian Quade (Rodger), Sandra Recoskie
(Roger), Brian (Tina) & Vincent (Alison)
Kuiack; and predeceased by siblings Jimmy &
Daphne Kuiack. Also survived by many aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews & extended family.
Visitation was at the Malcolm,
Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home,
141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on
Monday, November 19, 2018. A Funeral
Service was held in the Chapel, followed by
cremation. As an expression of sympathy,
donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would
be appreciated.
