MV looking to improve quality of parks with help of volunteers

BARRY’S BAY – At the recreation, heritage and culture committee meeting on June 21, former mayor, John Hildebrandt, came forward with an idea to help beautify local parks.
He has taken notice over the past couple of years that parks in the area are in rough shape.
“I have a keen interest in seeing that our parks are in good shape. I would have to say, over the last few years, I feel our parks are in need of some tender love and care,” explained Hildebrandt.
