BARRY’S BAY – Police are still unsure what caused a fatal collision on Old Barry’s Bay Road.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on April 17. Officers with the Killaloe OPP were called to the scene and cordoned off the road to investigate.
Richard Polatynski, 67, was the lone occupant of the 2006 Dodge Caravan, which entered the ditch and rolled over.
He died at the scene.
Police say the incident continues to be under investigation by Cst. Regamey of the Killaloe detachment with the assistance of Technical Collision Investigators.
